You will surely succeed with these instructions! How do I decorate painted surfaces or decorative objects with Decoupage fiber paper:

Preparation:
Clean, dry surface (wood, glass, ceramics, even fabric, e.g. armchair or chair back cushion). The textile surface is recommended to be primed. The light background emphasizes the details of the images.
Even if you use fiber paper on an otherwise dark surface, for example the front edge of a chest of drawers, you should prime the area under the picture white.

Measure, fit and cut (or tear off the edges) the pattern to fit the object. If you want to fade the edges of the pattern on e.g. a painted surface, I recommend tearing the edge of the fiber paper to make it uneven.

1. Apply glue to a clean and dry surface (e.g. Decoupage gel or Erikeeper softened with a little water, etc. general glue)
2. Carefully place the fiber paper on the surface of the object, e.g. starting from the edge. For this I use, for example, a loose 'ball' made of cling film.
3. Smooth out the bumps, lift the paper carefully (soggy fiber paper may stretch)
4. Apply glue or lacquer thinly over the picture as well
5. Allow to dry
6. The surface with heavier wear should either be treated with wax, varnish or decoupage glue varnish
