Remove loose or flaking paint by scraping, wire brushing or sanding. Fill all holes, cracks and unevenness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMixing: Mix the product thoroughly using a circular, lifting motion until it is uniform throughout.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApplying the Primer: Use a brush, roller or sprayer. For best results with a brush, use a high-quality nylon\/polyester brush or roller. Thin with up to 10% water for spray application.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour and can be recoated in 4-6 hours under normal conditions. Some stains may require two coats and a longer recoat time to dry and seal.\u003cbr\u003eTopcoat Time: Wait 24 hours after painting before applying topcoat.\u003cbr\u003eCleaning: Clean brushes and rollers with soapy water immediately after painting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNote:\u003cbr\u003ePriming is crucial if you are painting anything white on old wooden furniture. The tannins in the wood easily bleed through white paints! So clean well and always use a primer before painting. Allow each coat to dry for 6 hours to prevent the tannins from bleeding through.
